These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bj71 platform and all services operated under it. When you register an account, log in, or use the platform in any way, you automatically agree to abide by these terms.

3.1 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If someone gains unauthorized access to your account or you lose your password, contact our support immediately.

3.2 KYC Verification

We may conduct an identity verification (KYC) process at any time for security purposes. As part of this process, we may request a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until KYC is completed.

3.3 Account Closure Policy

You may request account closure at any time. However, the closure process may not be completed until any pending bonus-related bets are settled. bj71 also reserves the right to close or suspend an account for any breach of its policies.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The only accepted deposit methods at bj71 are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 across all methods. Please ensure that your payment account is registered in your name — transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. If an active bonus exists and the wagering requirement has not been met, the withdrawal may be temporarily held.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bj71 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳16,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must be met before it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount, and it is calculated on the bonus amount only (not the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets — once this amount is wagered, the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same person, device, or IP address is prohibited
• bj71 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time
• If an attempt to claim a bonus fraudulently is detected, the account will be cancelled
• Specific expiry information for each bonus is stated alongside the respective offer

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets are considered final once confirmed. No compensation will be provided if a bet is cancelled due to a technical error — however, the stake will be refunded. All sports bets are settled in accordance with internationally recognised rules.

6.2 Gaming Fairness

All games at bj71 operate on the basis of fair play. Game outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG). The outcome of any specific game cannot be predetermined or altered. We keep all data secure through SSL encryption and secure connections.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

bj71 reserves the right to set a limit on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from an account within a specific period. Accounts may be reviewed in cases of unusually or disproportionately large wins.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account cancellation:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Bonus abuse — systematically placing bets to exploit bonus benefits (bonus abuse / arbitrage)
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using automated software, bots, or crawlers to access the platform
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion or match-fixing against other users
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward the platform or other users
• Making deposits using a third party's card or payment method
